Required Ingredients (Serves 6)

You can prepare this amazing recipe in just 20 minutes.

  • One or two cups of couscous
  • Two medium cucumbers
  • One-fourth bunch of parsley
  • One medium lemon
  • Two tablespoons of olive oil
  • One-fourth teaspoon of garlic powder
  • One-fourth tablespoon of salt
  • Cracked pepper
  • 3oz. Of feta cheese (crumbles)

Intrusion to prepare

  • Take a pot and add water to it. Let the water boil for some time then add couscous and let it boil for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Separate the couscous from the water by using a sieve.
  • Rinse couscous with cool water to cool off.
  • Slice the cucumber into small piece. Chop the parsley in small pieces and add it to cucumber.
  • Add lemon zest with all the ingredients, squeeze to lemon juice in a small bowl.
